Helping businesses get found — and then get chosen.
Search has changed. AI has changed it faster. Here's how I work, and what that means for you.
Search isn't just Google anymore
For a long time, showing up online meant ranking on Google. That still matters. But something bigger is changing: more and more people are using AI tools to answer questions directly. They're asking ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini, and Perplexity — and those tools are giving them names, recommendations, answers.
The businesses that appear in those answers aren't the ones paying for placement. There's no ad to buy. They're there because something in how they present themselves online — their content, their structure, their reputation — signals to the AI that they're a credible, relevant answer.
That's what AI search visibility is about. And it's where I spend most of my time right now.
What actually happens when we work together
We talk first
No forms. No discovery questionnaires. We have a conversation — about your business, what you're trying to do, and where you're currently falling short. I'll tell you honestly if I think I can help and what I think the issue is.
I look at what's actually going on
Before I recommend anything, I need to understand the current picture. Where are you appearing in search? What's your visibility in AI tools? What does your online presence look like to a machine that's trying to decide if you're credible?
I fix the things that matter
Not everything. The things that will actually move the needle. That might be structural changes to your site, updated business listings, new content, or a combination. I focus on the highest-impact work first.
You see the results
More traffic, better visibility in AI-generated results, more enquiries. I'll show you what's changed and why. And if something isn't working, I'll tell you that too — and adjust.
The AI efficiency side of things
Beyond visibility, I also help businesses use AI as a practical tool inside their operations. Not in a dramatic, restructure-everything way. In a quiet, saves-you-two-hours-a-week way.
This includes things like setting up AI to keep your blog updated, handle routine email responses, manage calendar scheduling, draft standard communications, and automate the repetitive admin that nobody enjoys but everyone has to do.
Most people are surprised by what's already possible — and how quickly it can be set up. I've built my own tools using AI. I know what works and what doesn't, and I'll only suggest things that will genuinely save you time.
- Blog and content management
- Email handling and standard responses
- Calendar and scheduling automation
- Document drafting and summarisation
- Customer communication workflows
- Internal process automation
28 years. No fluff.
I've been doing digital marketing since before Google was the default. I've seen every wave of change — social media, mobile, local search, voice search. I know which ones fundamentally shifted things and which ones faded. AI is shifting things.
What I offer isn't a methodology or a framework. It's experience, applied to your specific situation. I'll tell you what I think, what I'd do, and why — and I'll do the work myself.
